A. SPRING MOUNTING 

The engine operation or mechanical equipment movement in your building will generate shock or vibration. And vibration creates noise which has become a major source of resident's complaint in modern building, disturbing a neighboring company, and cause of making uncomfortable working and living environment. 

 

 

FUNCTION or USEFUL OF SPRING MOUNTING

 

  • To isolate or reduce the transmission of noise and vibration from engine or mechanical equipment

 

  • To solve the toughest at shock transmission problem, such as in operation of punch presses, doing heavy blanking operation, die cast machines, machine tool, and other industrial machinery.

 

  • To protect mechanical or electrical equipment and building structure from damaging effect of continuously engine operation that producing vibratory force.

 

  • To creat the comfortable working or living environment, and free from severe vibration or structure borne noise, and free from occupant complaint.

C. PIPE SPRING HANGER

To compensate for slight vertical displacements in the piping, spring components are used as supports. The functioning of these components is based on preset helical coil springs which exert a variable supporting load over the whole range of movement corresponding to the given spring characteristics.

 

Load variations resulting from this are limited through corresponding specifications based on stress calculations for the piping - this depends on the sensitivity of the system.

 

Various versions of spring elements, ideally suited to whatever structural requirements exist, are available. The optimum choice depends on the installation situation.

 

B. DAMPED SPRING MOUNTING

D. DISC SPRING HANGER

Disc Spring Hanger Assemblies are designed to hang the vessels which are subjected to vertical movement due to change in temperature etc.

 

Variable spring hanger provide continuous support for the vessel in all positions permitting their vertical movement.


​Disc Springs have a consistently high capacity to store potential mechanical energy. The conical design of Disc Springs makes their spring characteristics and performance more predictable than traditional compression springs. Disc Springs are also capable of providing more force in less space than a compression spring or wave spring. They are commonly stacked in multiples to achieve application specific spring rates: a stack in series provides less force over more travel; a stack in parallel provides more force over less travel. The precise tolerances of each individual Disc Spring provides unparalleled performance predictability when they are stacked (either in series or in parallel).
